Caitlin Saenz is the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for directing administrative and operational functions across CoverHound and CyberPolicy. With 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, Caitlin is a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for data-driven results. She brings a proven track record of leading and motivating dynamic teams across departmental lines by leveraging her extensive background in customer experience and retention.
Nathan Seither is the Chief Technology Officer. He joined CoverHound and CyberPolicy in 2015 as a Software Developer and advanced to the senior-most technology position with executive oversight of the infastructure and engineering departments. During his tenure with the company, Nathan developed the architecture of CoverHound’s business insurance application and invented the brand’s proprietary question matching technology.
Tarek Elsawaf is the Chief Analytics Officer of CoverHound and CyberPolicy. In this role, he deploys various teams and technologies to bridge the gap between the company’s technological infrastructure and customers, using data to drive business decisions. Tarek joined the team after an extended period with Insweb/Bankrate where he served as the VP of Finance and SOX Compliance. Prior to that, he worked as a software engineer at IBM. Tarek holds a BS and MBA from the University of Miami.
John is the Chief Design Officer at CyberPolicy and CoverHound, where he oversees the artistic and design strategies that have cemented the brand as a recognized InsurTech leader. Utilizing his customer-first approach, he creates streamlined and intuitive experiences that instill confidence in the brand. Before joining the company, John held key positions at several enterprise-level firms. Most notably, his role in the IPO of MaxPoint and contributions at iContact where revenue increased from $7M to $26M in a single year.
John leads a team that is design-driven, focusing on strong branding and a simplified user experience. Working in parallel with the marketing and product divisions, he pushes to increase brand awareness and capture industry leading conversions. John brings 20 years of marketing and branding experience to the table and holds a well regarded mastery of visual design principles.
